LixRay Terms of Service#

These terms are a contract between Opral US Inc. (“we”) and you. If you use LixRay for a company, you bind that company. By creating an account or using LixRay, you agree.

LixRay is the hosted service at lixray.com, including the browser app, the Lix protocol, and the MCP server at https://lixray.com/mcp. It is currently free. We may change, suspend, or end any part of it at any time.

Your content#

You own the files, SQL rows, and history you put in LixRay. You are responsible for that content and for anyone you authorize to access it, including MCP clients. You grant us a license to host, process, and transmit it only as needed to run the service.

Acceptable use#

Do not use LixRay for illegal activity, to attack or overload the service, or to interfere with other users. We may suspend or close accounts that do.

No warranties#

LixRay is provided AS IS and AS AVAILABLE. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not promise uptime, durability, or that the service will meet your needs.

Liability#

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or lost business, even if we were told they were possible.

Our total liability for all claims in the aggregate is the greater of $100 or the fees you paid us for LixRay in the 12 months before the claim. These limits apply to the maximum extent allowed by law.

Your responsibility#

You will defend and indemnify Opral US Inc. and its officers, directors, and employees against claims arising from your content or your use of LixRay, including use by MCP clients you authorize.

Termination#

Either of us may stop at any time. We may delete account and repository data after the account is closed. Sections that should survive (your content responsibility, no warranties, liability, indemnity, law) do.

Changes#

We may update these terms by posting them at lixray.com/terms. Continued use after a change is acceptance. If you do not agree, close the account.

Privacy#

How we handle personal data is in the Privacy Policy.

Law#

Delaware law governs, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction.
